A. Once you've set up your account, all you need to do is go to your "ASSETS", click "ADD QR CODE", name it (eg, you could call it "EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE"), click "CREATE QR CODE" then "PREVIEW". Make sure everything looks good and click "PRINT". That's how easy it is to use.
All other info is entirely optional.
A. Absolutely not! All the info for the QR Code is grabbed dynamically when the Visitor scans the code.
For example, you can change the contact / rep info when your shift changes and the new contact will "magically" appear the next time someone scans your QR Code.
A. Nope. If you don't touch ANY of the color inputs, your form will default to colors I picked.
You can override my defaults in your Account Edit page. But you also have the option of overriding your defaults in the ADD QR Code page.
And you only need to change what you want to change: ie you can use your Account defaults for the header and footer but have a different color QR Code for each QR Code.
A. Great question. In order to make things easy to use, I used the HTML5 standard "color" input for the color customization. Unfortunately, if you don't select anything, it defaults to black. Meaning your poster and visitor pages would be unuseable. So, I (rather cleverly, if I might say?) filter out any black colors on the form inputs. To be honest, you shouldn't really be using pure black anyways (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it).
